Dan at DK's [in Kokomo, Indiana] sent along the following flyer for the Vans Qualifier on June 25th:
"Hi Bud - See attached flyer for the contest June 25. I know a lot of people don't care for contests anymore… but if you are a skater who was going to attend the Warped Tour in Indy anyway, this is a good really good deal. We got several people entering last year mainly just to get into the Warped Tour events for $10 instead of $25…"
Dan adds, "We are still having a demo for the local library on Tues. June 22 at Kokomo Pipeline park at 6 pm . If it happens to be raining, demo will be at our indoor park. Just from 6 pm to 7 pm . Anyone who wants to show up is welcome. If you're a ripper, you might get your pic in the paper. We want all ages of skaters to show up, so the community can see the diversity…"
